Naxos Accommodation

As you’ll see from the map above, we’ve always stayed either in or just south of Naxos Town, or close to the excellent beaches on the island’s western coastline. The former provides convenient access to the many shops, bars and tavernas in the island’s capital, while still being close to the excellent and sandy Agios Georgios (St George) Beach.

If you prefer a quieter setting, accommodation along the western coastline between Agia Anna and Plaka offers a more relaxed atmosphere and easy access to the stunning golden sand coastline. Agios Prokopios, just north of Agia Anna, is slightly more lively and prone to some crowding in high season but does offer a good selection of restaurants and hotels. A regular bus service provides frequent connections between these resorts and Naxos Town throughout the summer tourist season.
